I am a relationship and time-management coach. I work with clients to build more meaningful lives aligned with their values and boundaries.
The people I work with get un-stuck and implement clear plans, turning mediocre situations into joyful lives.

I get that life is busy. It often feels easier to keep doing what you've always done just to stay afloat. However, coaching can give you the space you need to think more strategically and couragously about the way you want to live your life. With the right support, you can make a plan and stick to it, so that this year actually looks (and not just sounds!) different.
I tailor my approach to best suit every client's context. However, I am particularly experienced in character strengths and values coaching, time-management coaching, emotion recognition and regulation coaching, coaching clients to set boundaries, gratitude work, and - a personal favourite - minimalism and decluttering coaching.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have achieved a Merit in the Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London, with over 270 hours of coaching experience. I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider. I also hold a First Class BA degree in English Literature with Psychology.
