About us
Have you ever found yourself thinking, “This isn’t how I imagined my life would look,” or “I know something needs to change, I just don’t know where to start?” That’s where I love to work, because I understand that feeling personally.
I’ve always been someone with big dreams and a strong sense that I was capable of creating an exciting, meaningful life. I pursued a career in television and worked on productions including Doctor Who, Sex Education and Happy Valley. From the outside, it looked like I was living the life I had worked hard for, but behind the scenes, I was beginning to question whether that path was still right for me.
Stepping away left me uncertain about who I was and what came next. I had to separate what I genuinely wanted from what I thought my life was supposed to look like, rebuild trust in myself and give myself permission to dream differently. I know how uncomfortable it can feel to be between versions of your life, knowing you want more but not yet knowing what that looks like or how you’ll get there.
I believe our dreams deserve to be explored, not immediately dismissed as unrealistic. You’ll never be asked to make yourself or your ambitions smaller in our sessions. Instead, we’ll create the space to understand what you truly want, what may be holding you back and what moving towards it could genuinely look like.
I now specialise in supporting people through life’s transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck in your career, navigating the end of a relationship, questioning your direction, struggling with confidence or feeling as though you’ve lost yourself along the way, coaching gives you the space to pause, make sense of where you are and reconnect with what matters to you.
My coaching style is warm, honest and down to earth. I won’t tell you what you should do, because I believe you already hold more of the answers than you realise. Instead, I’ll ask the questions that help you uncover them, gently challenge the beliefs keeping you stuck and support you in creating a life that feels true to who you are - not who you think you’re supposed to be. You won’t have to work everything out alone; I’ll be alongside you as you take meaningful steps forward and learn to trust yourself along the way.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained as a Life Coach with Barefoot Coaching, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited programme, and have also completed specialist training in Group Coaching.
Alongside my formal training, I bring a genuine passion for personal growth and understanding what helps people create meaningful change. I know first-hand that life isn’t always a straight line, and that periods of uncertainty can often become the catalyst for growth when we have the right support.
My coaching is grounded in the ICF coaching competencies, creating a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can think freely, build self-awareness and move forward with greater confidence. My aim isn’t to give you advice or tell you what path to take. It’s to help you trust yourself enough to create it.

Further information
Taking the first step into coaching can feel daunting, especially if you’ve never experienced it before. My aim is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without judgement or pressure to have everything figured out.
I offer coaching both online and in person (where appropriate), and I work with adults who are ready to explore what’s holding them back and create meaningful change in their lives. If you’re unsure whether coaching is right for you, I’m always happy to have an initial conversation to answer any questions and help you decide if we’re the right fit.
