About me
Hi, I'm Chloe.
I'm a resilience & burnout coach. I work with people who are carrying a lot, at work, at home, or both, and who want to meet the demands of a full life with more ease, steadiness, and self-trust, rather than burning out or losing themselves to keep it all going.
I work with professionals, leaders, and parents alike, including many neurodivergent and highly sensitive people who've found the usual advice was built for a different mind.
My approach works with both mind and body, drawing on behavioural-change and positive psychology, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and the neuroscience of sustainable change. Because it isn't what we're doing that wears us down, it's how we're engaging with it. Together we get to know your patterns, regulate your stress response, and build steadier ways of meeting whatever life brings.
There's no quick fix, but deep, lasting change is possible when you give yourself the time and support to create it. If you're ready, so am I.
Training, qualifications & experience
I help people meet the pressures of a full life without losing themselves in the process by getting to know how they currently respond to stress and learning to meet it differently, in a way that feels more aligned, with integrity, resilience, and ease.
Before coaching, I spent years working within creative teams and running high-pressure production environments for the likes of the BBC, Sky, and Glastonbury, so I understand the physical, emotional, and psychological strain and pressure of demanding work. That real-world experience, combined with evidence-based psychology and nervous-system science, is what I bring to every person I work with: something deeply human and genuinely grounded.
This work is personal to me, too. I know what it is to navigate life when the usual approaches don't quite fit, and to find a steadier, truer way through.

Additional information
Sustainable behaviour change takes a minimum of 9-12 months to integrate the changes and new behavioural responses. I work with my clients for a minimum of 3 months with weekly 1-hour sessions followed by a write-up of the conversation and interventions or themes covered. Beyond the initial 3 months, it can continue as weekly or bi-weekly and then monthly to bi-annually.
I offer 90-minute sessions as a 1 off followed by an extensive write-up of the conversation, and I offer 1 off 60 minute sessions for clients that I have already worked with. A 3-month programme is £3000 - I do offer some bursary options. My main desire is to work with clients that want to do the work to make meaningful and lasting change.
One starts with building embodied self-awareness and learning new interventions and ways of navigating stress and triggers. Typically, beyond the first 3 months, a client can look at other parts of themselves and their life that don't feel adaptive (at work, in relationships, etc.), because they feel more confident, stable, and skilled.
Positive change is experienced even after 1 session. To achieve lasting change, one has to commit to the process.
