About me
Reframe Neurodiversity offers Specialist Neurodiversity Coaching for ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia.
Have you spent years feeling that you should be able to do things more easily? Perhaps you struggle with overwhelm, organisation, confidence, or burnout, despite trying incredibly hard. Maybe you've recently received an autism or ADHD diagnosis, are beginning to explore your neurotype, or have spent years feeling different without quite understanding why.
I'm Chiara, founder of Reframe Neurodiversity, and I specialise in neuroaffirming coaching for autistic, ADHD, AuDHD and dyslexic adults.
I help you understand how your brain works, challenge years of self-doubt, and develop practical strategies that work with your neurotype, not against it.
My approach is built around three stages: Understand, Reframe and Build.
Understand: Explore how your neurotype influences the way you think, learn, communicate, manage your energy and experience the world. Together, we'll identify your strengths, recognise what creates friction, and develop a clearer understanding of your individual needs.
Reframe: Gently challenge the shame, limiting beliefs and unrealistic expectations that may have developed through years of trying to fit into a world that doesn't always accommodate different ways of thinking and being. Build self-awareness, confidence, and self-trust grounded in a more compassionate understanding of yourself.
Build: Develop personalised systems, sustainable habits and practical strategies that support your everyday life, relationships, education and work. No generic productivity advice or unrealistic expectations. Instead, we'll find approaches that make sense for you.
How I can support you
- My coaching is tailored to your individual experiences, priorities, and goals. We might work together on:
- Understanding your autism, ADHD, AuDHD or dyslexia, including your individual strengths and support needs.
- Navigating a recent diagnosis or exploring your neurodivergent identity.
- Managing executive functioning differences, including planning, prioritising, task initiation, organisation and time management.
- Understanding sensory needs, energy levels, overwhelm and burnout.
- Recognising masking, people-pleasing and patterns of overcompensation.
- Challenging self-doubt, perfectionism, imposter syndrome and longstanding negative beliefs about yourself.
- Developing confidence, self-advocacy and healthier boundaries.
- Navigating communication, relationships, workplace expectations and life transitions.
- Building routines, systems and habits that are realistic, sustainable and suited to the way your brain works.
I also support parents, partners and family members who want to better understand their neurodivergent loved ones and develop more effective, supportive ways to communicate and connect.
Through workplace coaching, training and consultancy, I help organisations better understand neurodivergence and create more inclusive working environments.
A coaching relationship built around you
My approach is warm, collaborative, curious and practical. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out, and you don't need to prove how hard you've been trying.
Our sessions provide space to explore your experiences without judgement or pressure to be someone you're not. We'll recognise what is already working, understand what isn't, and experiment with approaches that feel achievable for you.
I believe meaningful change begins with understanding, not fixing. The aim isn't to become more neurotypical. It's to understand yourself more deeply and build a life that works with your brain.
Online coaching across the UK
All individual coaching sessions take place online via a confidential video-conferencing platform, allowing me to work with clients throughout the UK.
I offer a free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory consultation, giving us an opportunity to discuss what you're looking for, answer your questions, and explore whether working together feels right for you.
You don't need a formal diagnosis to access coaching. Whether you're diagnosed, self-identifying, or exploring your neurotype, you're welcome.

Professional experience
Before establishing Reframe Neurodiversity, I spent over two decades working in corporate environments. This experience gives me valuable insight into workplace expectations, professional pressures, communication challenges, and the realities of sustaining a career while managing competing demands.
I now specialise in supporting neurodivergent adults to understand themselves, navigate challenges and develop practical approaches that work in everyday life.
My professional experience includes individual neurodiversity coaching, parent psychoeducation, workplace coaching and delivering neuroinclusion training.
Lived experience and a neuroaffirming approach
My professional work is informed by my own experience of being diagnosed with autism and ADHD in adulthood, alongside dyslexia. This has deepened my understanding of the experience of discovering your neurotype later in life, reconsidering long-held beliefs about yourself and making sense of experiences that may previously have felt confusing or difficult to explain.
I understand that a diagnosis can bring relief, recognition and new questions. It can also mean revisiting years of self-doubt and recognising how much energy has gone into trying to meet expectations that don't reflect your needs.
I combine this understanding with professional coaching skills, psychology-informed approaches and practical strategies to help clients develop greater self-awareness, confidence and self-acceptance.
Professional standards and safeguarding
I hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and appropriate professional insurance. I am committed to ethical practice, professional supervision and
continuing professional development. My coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment. It complements other forms of support by helping clients develop self-understanding, clarify their goals and build practical strategies for everyday life.

Further information
I understand that reaching out for coaching can feel like a big step, particularly if you've spent years feeling misunderstood, struggling to explain your experiences or believing you simply need to try harder.
You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on before we meet. We can start with what's happening in your life right now and explore what would make a meaningful difference.
My approach is neuroaffirming, strengths-based and individualised. I recognise that every neurodivergent person has a different combination of strengths, challenges, preferences and support needs. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Sessions are collaborative and guided by your priorities. We work at a pace that feels manageable, with practical strategies informed by your experiences rather than generic advice or expectations.
Accessibility matters to me. My sessions take place online, and we can discuss adjustments that would help you feel comfortable and able to participate. You are welcome to have your camera switched off if that better meets your needs.
I offer a free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory consultation. This is an opportunity to ask questions, talk through your needs, and decide whether my approach feels right for you.
My working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
