About me
I'm Charlotte - a career coach specialising in neurodivergence, and a coach supervisor, trainer and facilitator. I care about quality, creative delivery, and coaching that's actually built around the person in front of me.
I work with career owners and coaches who want to get unstuck and work out what they want - and how to move toward it. That might be reinventing a career, stepping into self-employment, thriving in employed work on your own terms, or simply finding more clarity about direction. A lot of my work with neurodivergent clients is about helping them name their strenghts, values, interests and capabilities with positive framing.
I have lived experience of ADHD and dyslexia, and that shapes everything I do - practically, not just philosophically. Every coaching relationship, workshop, and supervision session is built around how neurodivergence actually shows uniquely for everyone. I encourage universal design of leadership, environments, working relationships.
I'm direct, warm, and encouragingly curious. I'll challenge you with kindness and honesty. My values are conscientiousness, trustworthiness, and fun - and all three show up in how I work.

The Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP) is a UK Association for NLP Professionals.
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Additional information
My coaching is pay-as-you-go, no pressure. I ask for a minimum of 3 sessions so we can do meaningful work together, and suggest no more than 6 in any given period before we pause and review.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, delivered online via Zoom, and invoiced individually. I use my Let's Get Specific digigal coaching card suite within sessions - so alongside the conversation, clients leave with something tangible: an infographic which captures your key reflections about you.
I also offer a free initial call - 30 minutes - so you can get a sense of whether we're the right fit before committing.

I'm based in Northamptonshire, work from home, and share my office with two big cats who occasionally have opinions about the session. 🐱🐱
