About me
I'm Charlotte - a career and leadership coach with a neurodivergent-informed, systems-aware approach. What that means in practice is that I work with the whole you, not just the professional version that shows up to meetings.
I specialise in working with senior leaders and professionals; people who are good at what they do and take ownership of their careers, and people who may be navigating life and work and everything in between. I am also a Coach Supervisor and facilitator.
Maybe you've recently been diagnosed with ADHD, or you're starting to wonder if you might be. Maybe someone in your family is neurodivergent and that's quietly reshaping everything. Maybe standard coaching or therapeutic support has never quite landed for you and you've never been sure why.
I work one to one, UK-wide online, and I bring a systems lens to everything because you don't exist in isolation. Your team, your family, your history - they're all in the room.
I'm a late discovered ADHDer myself. I have a neurodivergent family with a variety of complexities which is what led me to want to be a coach and coach educator within this space.
I spent 30 years in financial services, including running a 120-person operation, before retraining as a coach. I understand corporate pressure, I understand processing the world differently, and I understand how those two things collide.
I also use NLP within my coaching practice, which gives us a practical toolkit alongside the reflective work. My values are Conscientiousness, Trustworthiness and Fun and bring this philosophy into my coaching approach.

The Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming (ANLP) is a UK Association for NLP Professionals.
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

I am usually available 5 days a week during 10-5pm with an hour or two during the week early evenings.

My coaching is pay-as-you-go - no lengthy contracts, no pressure. I ask for a minimum of 3 sessions so we can do meaningful work together, and I'd suggest no more than 6 sessions in any given period before we pause and review.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, delivered online via Zoom, and invoiced individually.
I also offer a free initial discovery call of 20-30 minutes so you can get a sense of whether we're the right fit before committing. An open and safe confidential conversation.
