Supervision details
I offer individual coach supervision for coaches or supervisors at any stage of their practice - from those newly qualified to experienced practitioners looking for a reflective space that fits how they think and work.
My supervision is neurodivergent-informed as a baseline. That means the space itself is designed to work with different processing styles, energy levels and ways of making sense of experience - whether you identify as neurodivergent yourself, work with ND clients, or simply find that traditional supervision formats don't quite land for you.
My approach is collaborative, systemic and relational. I work with the whole picture - you, your clients, the broader context you're both operating in and I gently hold that complexity within our session. I'm currently deepening my practice through a psychodynamically oriented coaching programme, which brings an additional layer of attention to relational dynamics and the unconscious dimensions of the coaching relationship.
I hold the ILM Level 7 in Coaching Supervision and the Accredited Coach Supervisor (ACS) designation with the Universal Coaching Alliance, alongside my Master Executive Accredited Coach (MEAC) status. I have 300+ supervision hours and bring 30 years of senior leadership background in financial services so I understand the organisational and systemic pressures many of your clients are navigating.
Individual supervision is available online, UK-wide, on a pay-as-you-go basis. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and invoiced individually.
Group supervision - I facilitate BCAT Open Group Supervision bi-monthly which is open to all coaches. Deliberately small (maximum 6-8 per session), neurodivergent-informed facilitation, morning and evening sessions available as my colleague Gill Jordan facilitates alternate months. Details at https://barrettcoachingandtraining.com for group bookings.
If you're looking for individual supervision; a space where you don't have to mask and we can have fun exploring - get in touch for an initial conversation.
