About me

Catherine Nyman is a qualified, solution focused and supportive coach. She works across the West Midlands. In addition to life coaching and leadership coaching, Catherine works also with education professionals, middle and senior leaders, deputies and head teachers. Catherine can support people who would like to work on change and finding opportunities for success, both in their personal and professional lives. Catherine coaches in business environments, in schools and at 39A, tranquil and private therapy rooms in Leamington Spa. Recently Catherine has worked with private clients in and out of education, colleagues in the third sector and clients who wish to talk through confidential issues in a supportive and success focused environment.

Catherine can work around family and work commitments and can coach clients in and out of working hours.

Training, qualifications & experience

Catherine has a BA (Hons), PGCE in Primary Education, M.Ed in School Improvement and has also NPQH. Catherine trained in the Power of Coaching and has successfully gained the Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching from Warwick University. She remains up to date in her professional practice attending seminars, training and has regular coaching supervision.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
