About me
I help people who are stuck and have lost their sense of purpose, their sparkle.
When we face dilemmas and decisions and don't know where to turn, it can feel as if there are no options. We can become stressed, and easily lose energy, motivation, commitment and hope about our future. We've quickly lost our spark and may need help.
I can help you discover options and clarify what matters most to you. I will help you make changes, move towards living in your deepest, truest self. In a series of sessions you will be rediscovering your priorities, your new roles, you life satisfaction, joy and value.
This happens in sessions involving deep listening, intuition and exploring, looking at your questions, working playfully and a bit of experimenting and planning. This kind of responsive coaching works for issues and dilemmas at any life stage, any careers stage, any context. Career, job, family, relocation, retirement plans, illness and health questions. Whatever life is bringing you.
Most people quietly know deep inside what they really want to be doing and living but it feels scary. So take courage, don't suffer on your own, let's work together to help you tune in to your real and best self, and make some changes.
Bursary places and reduced fees available - why? because I have had generous help from fabulous professionals when I've needed it, and this is a way I can pay it forward.

- What do I really want to do with my life, my time, my skills? - deep down, what matters most to me? How will I work out how to get these?
- How can I be creative with so much else to get done, so much on my plate?
- Why am I always doing what other people want me to do?

If these are your kind of questions you will benefit from having a coach in your corner, supporting, encouraging, helping you clarify and make choices.
I will help you find your inner resources &I'll be your biggest champion as you work hard to achieve your goals and change things around.

"Thank you so much again for these brilliant last 6 sessions- it feels so encouraging and positive to be working on these things in the way we are, and your responses and reflections are so sensitive, strong and perceptive. I'm going to trust my intuition today! I'm just going to finish off the planning." Client AM
"It is hard to convey just how much you have helped us both over the last two and a half years. (spaced out sessions). You have helped us to talk, and created a safe space for difficult conversations. You have built a deep sense of trust with us – and we really appreciate your wisdom." Clients J, T, couples retirement coaching.
"Of your many skills, your listening has to be best in class. You listen, interpret and then share your insights and provide support. At times I found it incredibly difficult to confront my demons … but you always had the knack of carrying me over those bumpy bits of the road. I feel incredibly blessed and fortunate to be living well with cancer and I want to thank you for being an integral part of that." Client A
