About me
With almost 10 years’ experience working as a coach and with a MSc in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology I hope to support you in starting the next chapter feeling more confident and step towards the changes you want to make.
With an interest in behavioural neuroscience, my strength is to help debunk your negative thought patterns and anxieties and to start building and moving with your strengths to become more yourself.
Along side of my private practice, I have always worked in areas that I have felt passionate about; supporting women who are being challenged by vaginismus, working with young males in prisons, changing the perception of mental health within companies & start-ups, and supporting BAME leaders in the media industry (and so much more).
As we live in an neurodiverse world, my practice is considered neurodivergent/ADHD friendly as we will be working together to find ways that work for you.
