About me
With over 10 years' experience as a coach, alongside an MSc in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology, I support people in navigating life's transitions with greater confidence, clarity, and self-belief.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a new chapter, I'm here to help you take meaningful steps towards the changes you want to make.
I have a particular interest in behavioural neuroscience and understanding why our minds work the way they do. Together, we'll explore and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, self-doubt, and anxiety, while building on your strengths so you can feel more like yourself again.
Alongside my private practice, I've always been drawn to work that feels purposeful and impactful. I've supported women experiencing vaginismus (through V.&Me Coaching) and the emotional challenges that can come with it, worked with young men in the prison system, helped organisations and start-ups rethink mental health and wellbeing, and coached BAME leaders within the media industry, among many other experiences.
As we live in a neurodiverse society, we will work together to find strategies, structures, and ways of thinking that genuinely work for you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here.
Most importantly, coaching is about connection, so let's have a conversation and see whether we're the right fit.
