About me
About Me
I’m Arti Kashyap-Aynsley.
I work with women who feel that something in their life needs to shift — even if they’re not yet sure exactly what that shift looks like.
Between careers, families and everyday responsibilities, it can be hard to find the time or space to think about what you truly want for yourself. Life may look full on the outside, but internally you may feel pulled in different directions or unsure about what comes next.
Coaching creates that space.
You might be feeling…
• Pulled in many directions and unsure what you actually want for yourself
• At a crossroads in your career or life but struggling to see the way forward
• Disconnected from the version of yourself who once felt clearer or more confident
• Like something needs to shift — even if you can’t yet name exactly what that is
If that resonates, coaching can help.
How I work
I provide a structured, supportive space where you can step back from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.
Our work together focuses on helping you:
• gain clarity about what truly matters to you now
• rebuild confidence and trust in your own judgement
• navigate life transitions with intention
• make decisions that feel aligned with who you are becoming
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level motivation.
It’s about building the clarity and self-trust that allow you to move forward with confidence.
A little about me
Alongside my coaching practice, I’ve spent many years working in senior professional roles advising leaders and organisations. I understand the realities of demanding careers, leadership pressures and the complexity many women experience balancing different parts of their lives.
I’m a qualified coach and have supported clients through a wide range of personal and professional transitions.
Getting started
If something here resonates with you, the best place to begin is with a discovery conversation.
This is a relaxed call where we can explore what’s on your mind and whether coaching might be helpful.
You don’t need to have all the answers — just a willingness to begin.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified coach and have been working with coaching clients for several years, supporting individuals through a wide range of personal and professional transitions.
Alongside my coaching practice, I have built a senior career in demanding professional environments, advising leaders and organisations. This experience gives me a deep understanding of the pressures many people face in high-responsibility roles, complex careers and periods of significant change.
I am also a mother of two young children and understand first-hand the realities of balancing professional ambition, family life and personal identity. Like many of the women I work with, I have navigated my own seasons of transition and change.
My coaching approach combines thoughtful reflection with structured, intentional conversations that help clients gain clarity, reconnect with themselves and move forward with confidence.

Areas of coaching I deal with
Other areas of coaching I deal with
I offer one-to-one coaching sessions online and, where possible, in person. Many of my clients come to coaching during periods of transition — whether that relates to career, confidence, identity or balancing different parts of their lives.
Coaching with me is conversational but structured. Each session creates space to reflect, explore what is currently happening in your life and develop practical steps for moving forward.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting coaching. The most important thing is a willingness to engage honestly in the process.
I offer a free discovery conversation so we can explore whether coaching together would feel like the right fit.
