About me

I’m both a qualified life coach and an experienced educator and sports coach. My background in education gives me a deep understanding of how people learn, grow, and overcome challenges. I combine structured coaching models with empathy, humour, and practical wellness support to help clients build lasting change.

I’ve had a varied career - recruitment, education, sales, tennis coaching, even naval diving and each chapter taught me something about resilience, direction and the value of small, consistent shifts. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, burnt out, or unsure where to go next. That’s why I coach with integrity, empathy and a genuine desire to help people forge a life that feels more intentional and less like a daily grind.

Whether you’re trying to make better choices, shift old patterns, or just want someone to keep you accountable, I’ll meet you where you are with no judgement and a good dose of perspective.

As a qualified SENCO, I’m experienced in supporting individuals with mental health conditions, neurodivergent profiles (including ADHD and autism), and those navigating challenges with drugs or alcohol. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space built on trust and understanding.

I also offer guidance around wellness - whether it’s improving your diet, building sustainable exercise habits, or finding better ways to cope with stress.

I draw from proven coaching strategies like motivational interviewing to help you explore what truly drives change. Using the GROW and OSCAR models (among others), we set focused goals and explore options with clarity and accountability. I also integrate cognitive behavioural techniques to challenge limiting beliefs, and solution-focused coaching to build on your strengths and momentum.

If you’re ready to make meaningful change and want a coach who’s approachable, honest, and not afraid to laugh along the way, we’ll probably get on well.
