About me
With a rich background in teaching, leading and training spanning over 16 years, I bring a wealth of experience in leadership, strategic planning, staff development, recruitment and retention.
I approach coaching with a creative mindset, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Whether you're grappling with career dilemmas, returning to work, changing roles, seeking to enhance your leadership skills, or striving for a better work-life balance, I provide a supportive space to explore and overcome obstacles.
I am a mum of two, work full-time and I understand what busy looks and feels like! Before becoming a coach I had coaching for 4 years and continue to have it on a regular basis. Coaching has seen me through life changes (including motherhood), career development and changes (middle leader to senior leadership) and strategic challenges. I have used coaching to make informed life decisions which feel authentic and meet my core values. In the day-to-day, coaching has become part of my toolkit for leading, managing and facilitating, prompting me to think and reflect on how I show up at meetings, presentations and lead training.
