I’m Alison Outred, an experienced life and career coach in Edinburgh. For the past 25 years I’ve been successfully helping people make positive changes in their lives and achieve the results they want.

- 10 years with Aegon delivering 1-2-1 management coaching, coaching skills and management development training to a 700 strong management population.
- 4 years as owner and training consultant of Icon Training, delivering a wide variety of software training to companies across all sectors in the UK and Europe.
