Training, qualifications & experience

Why should we start working together?

Perhaps you are experiencing challenges at work, in your family or in your everyday life, and need some kindness and support through that. Perhaps you’ve had a difficult year or experienced trauma in your past that you want to begin putting behind you. Maybe there are some patterns you’d like to bring closure to. Perhaps you are simply feeling anxious or unmotivated, and would like to work out why. Or maybe you just want to talk to someone about something that’s been playing on your mind.

Whatever it is, I am here. I am emotionally available, I am here to listen, and I am here to help you arrive in a better place.

Your first session is always free 🕊️

I have been an accredited and certified Life Coach and Life Skills Mentor for six years, originally under the Centre of Excellence, and over the years adding to my expertise with masterclasses and in-depth training with Conscious Life, The Heart Mind Institute, The School of Life, the Neurodynamic Institute, the annual Trauma Super Conference, the Rewiring Your Brain World Summit, the Ultimate Life Mastery Summit, and MIND the mental health charity.

I am a member of the AC (Association of Coaching) and adhere to the 2024 AC Global Code of Ethics.

I am a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and adhere to the 2024 ICF (International Coaching Federation) Mentor and Coaching duties and competencies.

Despite spending the time to professionally and academically hone my craft, I value my intrinsic ability to read between the lines, and natural gift for empathy and nurturing insight above all else.

I have always been an empath. I understand the feeling of desperately wanting relief from trauma because I've been there myself, as a proud survivor of sexual assault. My overriding motivation is to help those who have a had, or are going through, challenging experiences in their personal or professional lives, and need strong and long-lasting support, just as I was given.

I believe in being real, in helping my clients to establish clear boundaries, in deconstructing emotional complication, and in voraciously cheerleading you into becoming the person you have always known you can be.

Our sessions and conversations surrounding them are completely confidential. I never disclose any of my clients or discuss the work that we do.

Further information

Your weekly sessions can either be online, in-person, or hiking, where we walk and talk in nature without some of the parameters of a static ‘in-house’ session.

You can also book additional sessions outside of your personal weekly time slot whenever you need extra support, or book private group sessions with friends, family or colleagues if you feel they might benefit from you bringing them into your circle. These can be online, in-person, and on group hikes, which are incredible for increasing trust and strengthening bonds within relationships.
