I am also a qualified psychotherapist and where coaching alone can fall short, psycho-therapeutic tools can provide that extra help, to understand and get through stubborn problems.

Qualifications and professional memberships
- Psycho-therapeutic Counselling Professional Diploma (Dip Couns level5 )
- NCPS Accredited
- Social Work Diploma and registered as Social worker with Social Work England
- PICT Practitioner with Quick Change-Advanced Specialist qualification in Childhood Trauma and Abuse -Penny Parks Foundation
- Clinical Supervision Qualification- approved clinical supervisor for therapists ,coaches, healers and other professionals in caring professions.
- Accredited Facilitator of Sexual Violence Recovery Toolkit Program – Rock Pool – available subject to assessment for small groups
Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

I offer a 15 minutes free introductory call .
Any coaching client will start with me with an assessment session at the cost of £60/hour .
Following the assessment session, a coaching session will be £70/hour
