About us
I’m an ADHD Coach and NHS professional with almost two decades experience supporting adults with neurodivergent and other mental health issues, across clinical, coaching, and wellbeing settings. I help people understand their ADHD profile and impairment, re-build structure, and reconnect with strengths that may have been overlooked or overshadowed by years of overwhelm or self‑doubt.
My coaching style is calm, structured, and person-centred. I blend evidence‑based ADHD training and experience with practical, impactful strategies that support executive functioning, emotional regulation, and sustainable habit‑building. Clients describe my approach as grounding, validating, and motivating, a balance of compassionate support and clear, achievable action.
I work with adults, teens and parents - who need clarity, momentum, and accountability, whether that’s improving focus, organisation, navigating work and academic demands, managing emotional dysregulation, or rebuilding confidence. My background working in complex neurodevelopmental services where I diagnose, treat and deliver trauma‑informed interventions, prepares me to hold space for sessions to feel safe, steady, at your pace and deeply personalised.
If you’re diagnosed, exploring ADHD as a self-identifier, or seeking support to improve your performance, in relationships, work, sport or academia - I offer a non‑judgemental space where you can understand yourself more fully and create change that feels aligned, sustainable, and genuinely empowering.
