About me
Creative Coaching – Beyond Words, Towards New Possibilities
I am Joanne Baillie, a creative therapeutic coach and counsellor offering a distinctive, integrative approach that combines reflective conversation with creativity.
Sometimes words alone aren't enough. Through imagery, metaphor, storytelling and creative activities, I help people explore challenges, gain fresh perspectives and discover meaningful ways forward.
I offer creative coaching for adults, adolescents and helping professionals, supporting personal growth, confidence, identity, life transitions and professional reflection.
My approach is warm, collaborative and gently challenging. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and change when given the space to explore their own possibilities.
You don't need to be artistic – just curious about what you might discover.

Further information
A different way to explore, reflect and grow.
My coaching offers more than traditional conversation. Creative approaches can help uncover new perspectives, explore feelings and recognise patterns that may be difficult to put into words.
Each session is tailored to you. Creativity is always an invitation, never an expectation, and no artistic experience is necessary.
I offer individual online coaching throughout the UK, including reflective coaching for professionals working in education, counselling and other helping roles.
My therapeutic background informs my approach, while coaching remains a distinct process focused on self-discovery, personal development and meaningful change.
