About me

Supporting through coaching, mentoring and hypnotherapy as required.

Simple is good, because life's already complicated enough...

Love my role, helping clients deal with challenges that may be holding them back from achieving true potential and success; personal, professional and studies.

  • Life planning
  • Career management
  • Business management
  • Financial coaching (former qualified financial adviser)
  • Training-range of personal development courses
  • Introducing a coaching culture into your workplace
  • Tutoring; students at different ages and experience
  • Hypnotherapy-embedding coaching for longer-lasting change...

Life after redundancy - having been there my invaluable personal experience helps remove despondency, instead focusing positively on your future.

Experience includes supporting Job Centre Plus clients back to work, rebuilding confidence and self-esteem, with excellent feedback from clients and centre management.

Business Mentoring clients to CEO level, helping to resolve business issues, take their business to another level, or simply start a new adventure!

Coaching / Tutoring children, typically NEET, helping to rebuild develop self-belief and confidence - so important when learning - and get back on track.

SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) challenges too e.g. autism dyslexia, EBD (Emotional Behavioural Disorder) when child-adult relationships may have been damaged through school-learning methods, bullying etc

Adult Neurodiversity
Sometimes only recognised later in life, perhaps through work challenges and I am often able provide practical assistance in the form of coaching+ through focused strategies.

The more I learn, the more awareness I have of my own place on different spectrums, like OCD and ADD.

Committed to improving my clients' lives, I walk the walk with ongoing CPPD (continuing personal and professional development) to keep my knowledge abd skills up to date.

Finally, I've been told that I 'listen like a woman' (female client), a massive compliment... :o)

*leadership development* e.g. a new role

*training and development* e.g. as above or preparing for your next career move

*personal performance coaching* e.g. being your best

*personal financial management* e.g. helping ensure your bank balance is black not red

*redundancy-identifying and creating opportunities* e.g. not the end but a new beginning

*business management* e.g. starting your new business, managing people

Special Educational Needs/Disabilities - Coaching in the Workplace, supporting individuals with challenges that may be impacting on performance

In addition I have taught and tutored students with dyslexia and other challenges, in functional skills-Maths & English, reading, comprehension, business studies too, perhaps most importantly increasing their self-belief and confidence.
