Life after redundancy - I've been there and use invaluable personal experience to help lift despondent individuals, with experience supporting Job Centre Plus long term clients, receiving excellent feedback from clients and JC+ staff.

As a Business Mentor clients include CEO level, and business owner/managers to resolve business issues, take their business to another level, or simply get started.

Additional experience gained working with children of all ages, helping to restore and develop develop self-belief and confidence, so important when learning functional skills, and simply finding their way in life.

Including SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) such as autism and dyslexia, in addition to EBD (Emotional Behavioural Disorder) when child-adult relationships may have been damaged through e.g. school-learning methods, bullying etc.

'Adult SEND'
Sometimes neurodiversity conditions only become apparent later in life, perhaps through poor work performance. Having received training in supporting neurodiversity conditions, I may be able to assist with practical assistance in the form of coaching+, using specific focused strategies.

Committed to improving my clients' lives, I do walk the walk, with ongoing CPD (continuing personal development) to keep my skill set up to date.

Oh and finally, I've been told that I 'listen like a woman' (by a female client), which I happily accept-a massive compliment :o)

PS My new website is being developed (hurrah!)-update to follow, and of course I'm happy to hear from you so please call with any questions or queries - it's good to talk!

Other areas of coaching I deal with

*hypnotherapy* relieving anxiety that we all feel at different times especially now (C19)

*leadership development* e.g. a new role

*training and development* e.g. as above or preparing for your next career move

*personal performance coaching* e.g. being your best

*personal financial management* e.g. helping ensure your bank balance is black not red

*redundancy-identifying and creating opportunities* e.g. not the end but a new beginning

*business management* e.g. starting your new business, managing people

*tutoring-positive double whammy - qualified teacher and coach...*

Special Educational Needs/Disabilities - Coaching in the Workplace, supporting individuals with challenges that may be impacting on performance

In addition I have taught and tutored students with dyslexia and other challenges, in functional skills-Maths & English, reading, comprehension, business studies too, perhaps most importantly increasing their self-belief and confidence.

Fees

Very realistic fees and second to none-so clients tell me!

Available face to online, face, telephone and also email, also happy to provide ad hoc/single sessions or a course of 6 (discounted), however I won't suggest a minimum number or continue sessions just for the sake of it!

Coaching for me has to work for both of us, so I'm happy to continue when there is a need-naturally you're completing agreed exercises taking you towards your goals...and recommend ceasing when no longer required.

Interested in finding out more?

Please get in touch, I'm happy to discuss any burning questions before meeting and starting your personal coaching / hypnotherapy programme.

We can chat through different options-always based on your needs, with 100% confidentiality guaranteed.

PS I do offer a complementary 30 minute intro session and when face to face includes coffee, tea, H2O...

When we're comfortable about working together we can either continue into or book a full coaching session (your call) for another day, sessions are typically 60-90 minutes.
