Sometimes only recognised later in life, often able provide practical assistance through focused strategies - the more I learn, the greater my self-awareness of my own neurodivergence, e.g., OCD and ADD.

Available online video calls, telephone and with limited email, happy to offer ad hoc/single sessions or a course of 6 (discounted), and  I won't suggest a minimum number of or continue sessions just for the sake of it!

Coaching for me has to work for both of us, so I'm happy to continue when there is a need - naturally you are completing agreed exercises that take you towards your goals...and will recommend ceasing when no longer required.
