About me
Tribeni Chougule is an executive, leadership and career coach who helps professionals and leaders lead with greater clarity, navigate transitions, and create meaningful change in their lives and work. With 25 years of experience across technology and financial services, including senior roles at Visa Europe, she brings deep sector understanding and lived experience of navigating complex organisations to her coaching practice. She is the founder of Kinspace, a coaching and consulting practice focused on leadership, organisational dynamics, and social sustainability.
Tribeni works with a wide range of clients, from senior leaders and executives to professionals at pivotal points in their careers. She is particularly experienced in supporting people who are navigating their path in environments that were not designed with them in mind, including individuals from global majority and minoritised backgrounds, neurodivergent professionals, and those whose voices and experiences have historically been underrepresented in leadership. Her coaching creates a space that is affirming, culturally aware, and grounded in genuine understanding of the additional complexity these clients often navigate.
Her areas of coaching focus include leadership presence and effectiveness, career transitions and career coaching, decision-making, identity and belonging in the workplace, overcoming imposter syndrome, and building confidence to lead authentically. She uses psychometric tools including Hogan and Spotlight, and integrates nature-based approaches, systems thinking, and reflective practice to deepen insight and awareness.

Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide.
Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience.
Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
