Not so long ago this was exactly how I felt, but I was determined to make changes and set out on a mission to answer a question I had long been asking myself - “Is this really it?”
I wanted to know if the life we’re prescribed by modern society was the only one that works. Can we live in a way that allows more freedom, more play, more adventure, more balance, more togetherness and more kindness?
Spoiler Alert! I discovered the answer is a big fat YES. By giving up the comforts of a “normal life” I gained something truly life changing - more space, more choice and more agency.
This led me on another adventure - to who I am at my core, what really matters to me and how I want to show up in the world. What I found there was purpose and a mission that felt profound, urgent and exciting.
I sparked my own personal revolution and now I want to help you spark yours!

Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

I am trained in ACT and mindfulness, so these skills and techniques in psychological flexibility are embedded in my coaching approach.
I have a specialism and passion for Plant-Based Diets, so I also work specifically with individuals looking to transition towards this diet type.

Additional information
I offer the following sliding scale depending on clients individual financial circumstances:
£50 standard rate
£45 concession
£35 financial support
I am open to discussing other individual arrangements and pricings with individuals in unique situations. I offer a free insight chat to all prospective clients to discuss these arrangements, learn a bit more about my coaching approach, explore our compatability and decide if and how to move forward.

Session are remote/online, so as well as the above availability, I have flexibility to work with individuals outside of these times should a mutually suitable time be found.
Further information
All coaching sessions are remote, taking place via video conferencing software and last between 60-90 minutes.
