I do so by helping them re-engineer their lives and their perspectives in order to create their greatest chapter yet. I partner with my clients to build a more positive perspective on themselves and the choices available to them.

I help my clients on their personal and professional journeys, which are inevitably intertwined. I find it easy to connect, to empathise and to create a positive constructive energy that brings out the best in those I work with.

My clients are smart, capable multi-tasking females. They may appear to have it all figured out to others, but they inside they feel like things are a struggle right now. They may feel overwhelmed, like there is too much ‘noise’ and their power is waning. Or they may simply find it hard to shift a blocker out of their way or lift something important off the ground.

Personal insight

Prior to being a professional coach, I served over 20 years in the creative world of advertising. I understand the challenges and pressures for those wanting to shine in stressful professional roles. I have experienced the nerve-jangling confidence crisis that can crop up in our early careers, as well as the confusion of the mid-life crossroads where we start to look for answers to some of the bigger questions life presents.

I also have a busy bustling family to guide and nourish, so I connect with the compromise of those living in a whirlwind world. We have many commitments and considerations, therefore sometimes needing help in order to make sense of the volume and chaos that can sometimes ensue.

I offer incentive pricing for bundle packages and occasionally have seasonal discounts available to those registered to receive email marketing. It's best to have a chat and work out what you are looking for before I throw out £ signs.
