About me
I might have more in common with you than you realise.
I was angry for many of my younger years, so I understand what it’s like to be angry.
Unfortunately, I didn’t see the damage I was doing at the time. Damage to my young children, to my marriage, to my friendships, to the people I worked with and to myself!
I was living in my own little bubble of unhelpful beliefs about discipline, about what people thought of me and how I should behave. All of these life stresses took their toll but the people around me paid the price.
Helping people like you, like me, is what drives me. I know you don’t mean to hurt those around you. I know you feel there’s no way out of the hole that you’re in, but I can help and support you to see another way of living, happy and at peace. Be the hero of your story and save yourself from the hurt and pain you live with daily.
Coaching is not advice, therapy nor counselling. It is a partnership through conversation lead by you to reach the best desired outcome for you.
