I aim to balance support and challenge to foster greater psychological flexibility as you navigate your work challenges. I am an Executive Leader with 30 years experience of working within health, social care and the charity sector. My experience of leadership challenges is combined with coaching skills and psychological mindedness. I am focused on helping you to create deep insight and clear direction.
