About me
I’m Tamzin Foster, director and lead coach at fuseco. coaching, a boutique practice working with business leaders, professionals and their teams. I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
I work with leaders who want to make a real step-change at work, whether that’s stepping into a bigger role, leading a team through change, or working more effectively with a co-founder. Sessions are supportive and challenging in equal measure: I’ll be in your corner, and I’ll also pay close attention to your decisions and behaviours.
Every engagement starts with a free conversation, so I can hear what you’re facing and design support around you. Where it helps, I can bring in specialists from the fuseco. panel, for example on voice and presentation skills.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained as an executive coach at Henley Business School, gaining the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC). I then went on to the Professional Certificate in Advanced Coaching Practice (PCACP), which deepened my work with senior leaders and teams.
I hold the International Coaching Federation’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. I have also completed ICF Level 2 accredited training, the education required for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, which is in application with the ICF.
Since 2022 I have coached senior leaders & CEOs across technology, professional services and venture-backed start-ups, as well as leading manager development programmes. I have over 500 hours of coaching experience.
Before coaching, I was a strategist with OC&C Strategy Consultants in the City, went on to lead a major transformation programme for the Royal Academy of Arts's 250th anniversary, and was part of the management team at Alain de Botton's School of Life.
As managing director and lead coach of fuseco., I also design team coaching programmes and workshops, and match clients with specialists from our panel.
Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide. Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience. Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.
