It's much harder to let your mind spiral into a world of comfort, successes and joy.

That's part of our DNA.
Our desire to survive.
We play out worst case scenarios, so we can risk assess and take necessary action to stay safe. This is a good thing.
However, in order to move forward we have to acknowledge it, pause it, question it and listen to our answers. When we drift off too far, that's when our anxiety can kick in and take us off track.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) serves many functions but one of my favorite's is that it can rewire our thinking. Reduce the fear and build confidence in the possibilities - through clear aims and consistent habits.

Week 1 – 1 ½ hour Strategy call
Week 2 – a 30 minute zoom check in
