About me

I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), life and leadership coach, and group facilitator. I work with purpose-driven people who want to navigate change with greater clarity, confidence and impact - whether in their work, relationships or personal lives.

Coaching offers a rare space to pause, reflect and look honestly at what’s shaping your life - the thoughts, beliefs and patterns that may be helping or holding you back. Together, we explore these with curiosity and compassion to uncover what truly matters and create meaningful, sustainable change.

People often come to me when they want to:

  • Build confidence or self-belief
  • Navigate a career or life transition
  • Reconnect with purpose or direction
  • Improve relationships and communication
  • Find more balance, focus or fulfilment

My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to create a safe, confidential space where you can think deeply, challenge yourself and see new possibilities. My coaching style blends warmth and honesty with professional rigour. always supportive, sometimes gently challenging.

Alongside my private practice, I coach for Macmillan, supporting people living with cancer; co-run reflective “Gathering Space” circles for professionals navigating change in the aid and development sectors; and work as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, supporting people experiencing mental health challenges.

I believe people are resourceful, creative and capable of far more than they imagine - and that with the right support, clarity and focus, real and lasting change is possible.

If you’d like to explore what coaching could offer you, I’d love to hear from you.

Training, qualifications & experience

As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I help purpose-driven professionals, individuals, groups and teams - notably in the aid, development, media, local government and public service sectors - find clarity, balance, and new ways to create meaningful impact in a changing world.

My approach combines coaching presence, reflective dialogue, and systemic thinking to help people pause, reconnect to what matters, and make conscious choices about what’s next.

I co-host The Gathering Space — a monthly reflective coaching circle for those navigating change in the aid and development landscape.

A passionate, engaged and loving coach. A witness who guides and cares, coaches and holds space with skill, experience, trust and integrity.

I am a certified SDI Core Strengths Practitioner, on the Coaching Panel for Publicis Media Groupe, Macmillan, E-Quality and She Leads Change. I am also an APMP Qualified Project Manager.

If you’re exploring what’s next, I’d love to connect. Please get in touch or book an appointment at: https://calendly.com/sula

I draw on 18 years of experience experience of successfully leading, coaching and training teams, developing broad networks and organising high-level events with UN, NGO, government and business organisations on humanitarian relief & development, sustainability, climate change, the arts and gender equality.

Recent roles include Interim Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of UN Women NC UK, and Director of the Aid & International Development Forum and Climate Action.
