About me

I have a background of many years in the NHS. I am a senior health professional who had lived and worked through many professional, organisation and life changes. Currently I combine my coaching with a part time post as an Educator for a Hospice. I volunteer as an Executive trustee for the National Association for Hospice@Home and also involved with "Coaching through Covid" for NHS Health Professionals. I support the NHS Leadership Academy and offer career coaching for aspiring executives.

These skills are transferable to many work situations. I have coached people who are thinking about and now running their own businesses, develop leadership skills or making life changing decisions. I help people find happiness in work and life through exploration of ambition, work-life balance and development. I have a busy family life and understand the need to juggle lots of responsibilities and commitments. I have had a major life changing event when my husband died suddenly and coaching has allowed me to continue to develop and achieve my potential. I can help you achieve your ambitions. Coaching in the Cotswolds also offers the unique opportunity to breath fresh air into your work and life by using the countryside to 'walk and talk' .

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

I can arrange to meet you at premises that are wheelchair accessible.
