About me
Hi, Im Sophie, a Life Coach, Solution Focussed Therapist & Hypnotherapist. I see clients struggling with burnout overwhelm, anxiety who need help to either recover and rebuild their confidence, or who need help defining the next steps in their career whether it’s figuring out how to get back to thriving in an existing role or exploring a career or job change.
My clients often come to me feeling stressed, overwhelmed or struggling with anxiety which is impacting them at work and home to the point they no longer feel like themselves and are struggling to see a way forward.
Through solution focussed hypnotherapy and Coaching, I help my clients to navigate that, learn how to work with the mind to step out of anxiety and build resilience which means you can be the best version of yourself and step into a place where you allow yourself to dream and create plans to achieve those goals too.
Using a mixture of solution focussed brief therapy, NLP and CBT which is all incorporated into the Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy process, you learn how to build resilience and take the steps towards your goals.
I have a range of tools, tips and techniques to share with my clients to help them move forward at the pace thats right for them, and you also benefit from an MP3 to take home and enjoy the trance (non sleep deep rest) which supports the work we do too (and is just lovely and relaxing too!).
I work with neurotypical and neurodiverse clients and have taken addition training and special interest in ADHD. I enjoy working with people from a range of backgrounds and with differing needs, so please do reach out and connect with me over a quick introduction call and I'd love to see how I can support you.
I work online and also offer in person appointments for clients local to Prestwood or Amersham in Buckinghamshire.

Free initial telephone or online session
Additional information
I offer online and in person if you are local to Prestwood or Amersham.
Coaching packages are £510 for 6 x sessions and Hypnotherapy is £450 for 6 x sessions.
Some Health Insurance policies will also cover sessions as I am registered with CNHC.
I also offer a combined series, please contact me to discuss your needs.
