I'm a Holistic Coach + Yoga Teacher who specialises in helping professionals to get clarity on what they truly want from life, reconnect with who they truly are, and disconnect from a life of unhappiness.
Dream Life Strategy - My 7 step program supports busy professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed or uninspired in their corporate setting to discover what their true purpose in life is, to release the blockers that hold you back from making your dreams happen & create the strategy to get you to your dreams without burning out.
I combine Coaching, Yoga, Reiki and Tarot (if and only if you are ready for spiritual guidance), to support you in a holistic approach.
