I believe that the story we tell ourselves about who we are, our past, and what we're capable of can shape the way we make decisions, approach challenges, build relationships, perform, and plan for the future.

My approach to personal development and growth:
Through a structured coaching approach, I can help you uncover the invisible barriers that are silently holding you back so your past can stop define your identity, choices, or future.
Together, we can explore the catastrophic thoughts, negative stories and need of control that may have developed over time (to name a few), and develop new perspectives and beliefs to remove the roadblocks standing between you and the life you want to create.

About me:
I grew up in a chaotic and frightening environment and caring of my mother living with schizophrenia. For years, I carried the identity of a victim and survivor, trying therapy, yoga, self-help books, EFT and other approaches, but repeatedly returning to the same patterns that held me back. After my mum passed away and I developed a chronic illness, I reached a turning point. I realised I could either let my past define me or write a new story for me and my loved ones. I chose the latter.
Through coaching, I began asking myself what I truly wanted, who I wanted to become, and what a successful and fulfilling life meant to me. By focusing on the present, recognising my strengths, and taking purposeful and practical action, I changed the direction of my life and began to see myself as the winner of my own story. I have never felt more inspired and motivated in my life.
This experience sparked my mission: to help others change the story they tell themselves about who they are and what they are capable of, so they can change their lives like I did.
Training, qualifications & experience
My Experience:
Before becoming an accredited coach, I trained as a lawyer in Italy and built my career in the startup and tech world, working across business development, operations, and M&As and transformation projects. I supported organisations through periods of growth, change, and transformation. Now, this experience deeply informs the structured and practical way I coach my clients.

- ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
- EMCC coach at Foundational Level
