About me

ADHD and Autism Support for Women

I'm Sharon Worth, an award-winning, EMCC-accredited Transformational Life Coach and ADHD Coach. Diagnosed with ADHD at 49 and autism at 51, my neurodivergence became more visible during perimenopause, giving me a personal understanding of the challenges that can arise when life suddenly feels much harder than it used to.

I support women with ADHD and Autism to better understand how their brain works and develop practical strategies that fit their lives - whether they're navigating this in midlife or discovering it earlier. Together, we build self-trust, reduce overwhelm, and create ways of living that work for you—not against you.

Coaching Through Menopause

Perimenopause and menopause can bring unexpected changes, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, more reactive, and wondering, "What's happening to me?" For many neurodivergent women, hormonal changes can make ADHD or autistic traits more noticeable for the first time.

Having experienced this myself, I understand how confusing and isolating this stage can feel. I help you understand the connection between your hormones, your neurodivergence, and your wellbeing, so you can navigate menopause with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.

Discovering ADHD or Autism Later in Life

I specialise in supporting women who discover their ADHD or autism later in life, often during perimenopause or menopause - though I increasingly work with younger women going through the same process of discovery too. You may have spent years coping, masking, and holding everything together until something shifts. This is often where the journey towards a late diagnosis begins.

My own diagnoses of ADHD at 49 and autism at 51 transformed my understanding of myself and inspired the work I do today. I help you make sense of your brain, embrace your identity, and move forward with greater self-understanding, compassion, and confidence.

I'm co-author of Meno-Wars: Battling the Menopause with ADHD (and its comorbidities), which explores the crossover between menopause and ADHD, and author of Meeting Myself For The First Time, my own story of late discovery. I work with clients online across the UK and internationally.

Further information

I work independently, which means every part of the coaching experience is shaped around what genuinely works for you rather than a fixed format. Sessions can take place online, by phone, or via text/chat-based coaching, and I'm happy to adapt to individual preferences and accessibility needs - including camera-off sessions, pauses for processing, or movement during sessions. My approach is neuro-affirming throughout: the coaching space is there to support authenticity, comfort and psychological safety without judgement, and I follow your agenda rather than imposing one of my own.
