I am passionate about supporting, uplifting and inspiring individuals to become the best version of themselves. With a background in psychology, trauma-informed practice and years of coaching experience, I am equipped with the skills to facilitate meaningful, structured conversations that create clarity, confidence and sustainable change.

I am known for providing a safe, calm and non-judgemental space where you feel genuinely heard. My approach ensures that you remain in control of your decisions, while I guide the process with thoughtful questioning, practical tools and grounded insight.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with clients aged 18–71, supporting them through a wide range of life events and transitions. This breadth of experience has given me a deep understanding of human behaviour, resilience and the unique challenges that arise at different stages of life.

  • Committed to ongoing professional development (CPD) through regular training and learning
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate (Disclosure and Barring Service)
  • Completed comprehensive Safeguarding Training
