If you’re unsure of what this looks like, you’ll have a much clearer picture after one session. I believe coaching provides the ability to focus forward while respecting the past and embracing the present. It’s an incredibly empowering process toward fulfilment. My Life Purpose
My purpose is to support, uplift, and inspire individuals to become the best version of themselves. My entire career has been centred around helping people improve their lives and empowering them to take control of their future. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, aged 18 to 71, supporting them through different life events and transitions. This has given me deep insight into the challenges and opportunities faced at various life stages.
The Process:
During your free 30 minute consultation, we will explore your current pain points and how coaching can support you. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of the coaching process and how it can benefit you.
The most common and effective practice is to hold coaching sessions biweekly. This allows you time to reflect, process new insights, and apply techniques and goals. Studies show that regular sessions help clients feel focused and motivated without feeling overwhelmed, while also providing the right level of accountability.
That said, this is a tailored approach — we can adjust the frequency and format based on your individual needs.
From there, we will establish a plan for the next few sessions. I will apply a range of evidence-based techniques (such as motivational interviewing, GROW, and SMART) to guide you toward becoming your ideal self. The path to fulfillment isn’t always easy — but rest assured, I will be with you every step of the way, through both your triumphs and challenges.

A tailored service designed to support you at your own pace. After your free consultation, we’ll clarify the direction of your sessions and create a personalised coaching plan.

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Health and Wellbeing Coach within the NHS
- BSc (Hons) in Psychology
- PCI (Personalised Care Institute) Accredited Health Coach Qualification
- Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Global
- Committed to ongoing professional development (CPD) through regular training and learning
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (Disclosure and Barring Service)
- Completed comprehensive Safeguarding Training
- Experience working with clients aged 18 to 71, supporting them through various life events and transitions
I have a passion for studying health, wellbeing, and psychology because I believe they are the foundation of personal growth.
