Hello, I'm Sarah and I am a photographer and mindset coach who loves to help other women who have reached a point in their lives where they are ready to embrace the next exciting chapter in their life.

I've had all sorts of adventures, worked in many different environments and faced numerous challenges both personally and professionally.  What all of it has taught me is that I have a wealth of knowledge, experience and empathy to declare that I am here to serve and support women who are ready to re-discover who they are and embrace their unique and beautiful selves to their fullest potential (and beyond!). 

We are here for just a short while in the grand scheme of things and I believe that what we desire and want, can totally be achieved; sometimes we just need a guide to support us to reach them.

As a photographer and accredited coach I help with visibility and mindset blocks that are holding women back from being their authentic selves.
