Her coaching journey began with a transformational group coaching experience just before lockdown, which reshaped her perspective on business and life. Inspired by the profound impact it had on her, Sarah pursued professional training, earning accreditation from The Aligned Coaching Academy. She is currently working toward her Hello Seven Business Coaching Certification, deepening her expertise in business strategy, leadership, and financial empowerment for women.

Through one-to-one coaching, group programs, and workshops, Sarah helps women overcome self-doubt, break through mindset barriers, and build businesses that align with their vision.
