About me

I thrive on helping others to overcome problems so they can succeed - particularly neurodivergent individuals (my specialism is ADHD coaching) and those with chronic health issues, as I have personal experience in both these areas.

I decided to train as a coach after having coaching myself, which helped me to achieve things I’d thought were impossible. My coaching style is firmly embedded in an evidence-based approach (I give a serious side-eye to “positive vibes only” messages) as well as a lot of humour.

I have a rich and varied career history, including work across the Tech, Healthcare, and Education sectors. Having been diagnosed with ADHD as an adult myself, I am particularly keen to support recently diagnosed adults and those exploring the possibility of being neurodivergent.

I have provided coaching services to individuals in sectors such as IT, the NHS, film and television production, construction, secondary and higher education, corporate, and to small business owners.

If you are interested in working with me, you can either request a Discovery Call (button at the top of this page) or visit my website and click on Request a Chemistry Call.

What clients have said:

"I came to Sarah with a heavy heart and a cloudy head. I expected a complex analysis of why I felt the way I did. Instead, Sarah drilled straight to the point. She gave me clear, simple and practical advice on how to change my life perspective. I had faith in the process and applied her guidance, every week. Do the same and you will notice a marked difference in your life." - Sally, London.

"Sarah is friendly and straight to the point. She listens and engages well and her questioning got me closer to the essence of what was going on. In the space of only a few sessions I felt myself moving forward in my thinking and shifting my mindset from a narrow focus to one of greater expanse. I've made the decision to finally leave my job this summer to start my business. This feels very energising and exciting. I've stopped looking specifically for my skill sets and started looking holistically of what my total life experience can bring to others." - Nana, London
