About me
Hi, I'm Sarah.
I'm an ICF-certified Transformative Coach with more than a decade of experience helping people to make lasting change.
Whatever led you to read this page, I’d love to see if I can help.
How coaching can help
If you’re feeling stuck, lost, or facing a life change - whether it’s work, parenthood, relationships, or confidence - transformative coaching offers a non-judgmental space to pause, reflect and move forward.
What’s it like to work with me?
My approach is always completely tailored to you, so I don’t have set programmes. We’ll work together for as short or as long as you need.
Typically, this tends to be 6-10 sessions so that we have time to build our relationship, but I work with people who experience transformational change in just a few sessions.
"I’ve learned more about myself in these three sessions than I have in years of therapy."
However you choose to work with me, my approach is simple:
✔️ Friendly, supportive coaching - no judgments
✔️ Space to untangle your thoughts - a sounding board to help you make sense of things
✔️ Practical tools you can actually use - so you leave every session with something helpful
✔️ Encouragement & accountability
Compassion and kindness are at the heart of everything I do. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader - bringing a bit of humour and gentle challenge too. But don’t worry, we’ll always go at your pace.
I can offer online sessions via Google Meet and face-to-face locally in Bristol.

"I would give Sarah 10 stars if I could!!!!
Before working with Sarah, I was feeling stagnant in my self employment; comfortable, but stuck. Sarah’s a perfect blend of a critical friend and a genuinely lovely person. Her positive outlook is infectious, and she has a real gift for gently but firmly highlighting behavioural patterns that may be holding you back. What sets Sarah apart is her ability to turn insight into action; each session left me with clear, practical tools to apply immediately. Thanks to Sarah, my confidence has grown and I now feel equipped to move forward with clarity and purpose. She helped me see the bigger picture and take control of my professional journey. I can’t recommend her highly enough." - Molly
"Having coaching sessions with Sarah has truly been a life changing experience. I came away from every session feeling like I had taken meaningful steps towards improving my confidence and challenging my negative thought patterns. Sarah asked such insightful questions, and in such a gentle way, that helped guide me to a deeper understanding of myself, and the practical tools that she suggested have been so helpful. When I first started my sessions I could not have even begun to imagine how much progress I would make! And I feel like I have the tools I need now to keep on making progress. So if you have a goal that you want to achieve, or a change that you want to make, I would highly recommend having coaching sessions with Sarah, as she will help support you to get to where you want to be (which might be a different place to where you thought initially!)" - Sophie
"Sarah is a masterful coach - she balances lightness with depth and challenge with encouragement. Sarah always listens fully to what I am sharing, allowing me the space to feel heard and fully processed, before then asking intuitive and insightful questions. She is unhurried, yet keeps us on track with the goal I had for the session and is excellent at checking in throughout the session. Above all, Sarah is kind, compassionate and clearly truly cares about the clients she works with. She is a gifted coach and I am very grateful and fortunate for the coaching I have had with her. Couldn't recommend her more!" - Hannah
"Following a lengthy period off work due to illness, Sarah helped changed my mind set to come back to work in a more confident way. Reframing worry, doubt and stress by giving me simple and effective tools both in and out of sessions, helped turn these negatives into a positive and more confident outlook. Being a man in my mid 40's, I was a little sceptical about coaching, but Sarah's relaxed and down to earth approach, straight talking and framing things in the right way for me, made me feel comfortable and supported. I can highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking for support both in and out of work in building confidence and self-awareness. Thank you Sarah, a superb coach who's helped me get back on track. " Matthew
"Working with Sarah over the past six weeks has been so eye opening. Each session left me feeling more connected to myself, with an deeper understanding of who I am. Sarah has a truly lovely way about her-warm, reassuring, and supportive. Even when I felt confused in my own thoughts, she made me feel seen and understood. Her thoughtful questions allowed me to learn things about myself that I hadn’t realised were there.
I found myself genuinely looking forward to each session, and what I was going to learn about myself. The learning doesn’t end when sessions end either, I’m often catching myself thinking of my sessions with Sarah and applying what I’ve learnt throughout my life. I can’t recommend working with Sarah enough. You’ll gain more than you expect out of the sessions." - Daniela
