I've tried very hard to summarise below what I think you would like to know about working with me, but please do ask if you have any other questions: Powerfuldreaming@gmail.com.
I work with professional females in their 30s and 40s who feel as if they are not making the "right" progress in their career. There might not be any obvious reasons for this but nevertheless my clients report feeling a lack of confidence and self-esteem which leads to them losing belief in themselves. Frequently what I find is that providing a different perspective and helping them reframe their existing skills and experience makes me them feel much better. So much so in fact that most of my clients go on to get a new job or a promotion within 3 months of starting working with me.
As a coach, I not only share my insights with you, but I provide you with much needed reassurance that you already have everything that you need to go on and be wildly successful. I profoundly believe that we are already perfect but sometimes society and other people cause us to doubt ourselves. Whilst working with me, you will start to feel better very quickly, re-gaining the confidence you once felt, taking control of your career and showing everyone what you're capable of.
I generally work with clients over a period of time to help them work out what career path would be right for them, but equally I am happy to work on a short-term basis to help you prepare for interviews, promotion panels and presentations.
Feedback from my clients tells me that I ask challenging questions which allow them to break through patterns of thinking that they've had for a while, allowing them to see things differently. I have included some testimonials below and you can see more on my website.
I would love to hear from you if what I have said has resonated with you so please do contact me on email@example.com.

Different people require different amounts of support so I operate on a pay as you go basis.
At this time, all of my coaching sessions are conducted online using Zoom.
There may be opportunities for you to work with me for free if:
1) you work for the NHS through London Leadership Academy.
2) you are a female leader in Manchester through Queen Bee Coaching.
When I work
By mutual arrangement
"Thank you Sarah, your work has been nothing less revolutionary in helping me make what is a fundamental shift, the full effects of which I know are still ahead."
“Sarah was an independent support who I opened to in a way I didn’t expect, I trusted her approach and I came through the other side a stronger person.”
“I started my coaching conversations with Sarah thinking I had a clear idea of my objectives, I was wrong! Through her searching questions, insightful observations, and open challenges Sarah has helped me realise what is actually important at this time in my life and how that is impacting how I feel and what I do at work.“
I also offer pro-bono coaching for female leaders living in and around Manchester through Queen Bee Coaching. www.pankhurstprojects.org/QueenBeeCoaching/
