Dr Sarah Brooks
My coaching practice focuses on supporting professional females to achieve that next big step in their career. The big step can feel scary and might not be clear, but it comes with a recognition that you can't carry on doing what you're currently doing forever. You also know that there is more inside of you that needs exploring.
I offer a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts safely. I am a coach who provides high levels of challenge, which you will find beneficial is you want to push yourself further than ever before.
My name is Sarah, I am an ICF and EMCC accredited coach with a full-time academic career and a 17 year industry background. I draw on research knowledge, industry experience and coaching skills to help you work through your thoughts and feelings and identify the things that will get you on the right path.
Within three months, you will:
- be much clearer about the reason for your current feelings
- be more confident about your future direction
- have a plan of what you need to do to get there
Feedback from my clients tells me that I ask challenging questions which allow them to break through patterns of thinking that they've had for a while, allowing them to see things differently.
If you would like to chat more, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In 2007, I became disillusioned with my corporate career, the long hours, working away from home, high stress and lack of social life. It all felt so pointless. I found that the key to working through it was to identify what motivated me. I loved learning new things and helping people achieve things but my job was becoming increasingly routine and all about the money. I made a few changes to how I spent my time and from that moment onwards, work stopped dominating my every thought. Years later, I am now doing something completely different and I'm still working on my purpose and vision for the future, but I know that everything I do is meaningful and that's what keeps me going.
I live near the Peak District and I love fell running and walking.
