About me
I am a transformational coach with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals to live and lead with authenticity, purpose and courage.
If you are yearning to do more with your life, to be braver and true to yourself and your unique gifts, I would love to work with you.
I work extensively with women leaders, helping them to overcome limiting beliefs and develop a unique and authentic leadership voice. In particular, I specialise in areas of perfectionism, self-criticism and imposter syndrome, things that typically stop women from playing a bigger and more impactful role at work and in life.
My other passion is middle age awakening. The call of middle age is a call to courage to stop worrying about what other people think and embrace who we truly are.

- I have coached a diverse and multinational client base covering all stages of career development and across multiple sectors with a strong base in finance and fintech.
- I have a background in management consulting, which she joined after graduating from Warwick University with a degree in Economics. I enjoyed a varied and dynamic consulting career and excelled in managing business transformation projects in the UK's private and government sectors.
