I am a dedicated Recovery Coach committed to supporting individuals as they rebuild their lives and create lasting, meaningful change. Drawing from both professional training and lived understanding of the recovery journey, I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental guidance to help clients move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
My approach is strengths-based and collaborative. I believe recovery is not just about overcoming challenges, but about discovering personal values, building resilience, and creating a life that feels fulfilling and aligned. I work alongside clients to set realistic goals, develop practical tools, and navigate obstacles - always honoring their autonomy and unique path.
As a Recovery Coach, I support individuals in areas such as maintaining sobriety or recovery goals, developing healthy routines, rebuilding relationships, managing transitions, and cultivating self-trust. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take ownership of their growth.
Recovery is not a one-size-fits-all process. My role is to walk beside you, offer accountability and encouragement, and help you recognise your own capacity for change. Wherever you are on your journey, you don’t have to do it alone.
Training, qualifications & experience
- 5 Years Experience in the addiction treatment field
- Lived experience in addiction and recovery
- Understanding of 12 step recovery aswell as experience in delivering SMART recovery

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
