About me
I’m a transformational life and wellbeing coach offering compassionate support to adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or at a crossroads in their lives or work. I typically work with clients navigating burnout, work-related stress, chronic health problems, confidence issues or career uncertainty, as well as neurodivergent and highly sensitive adults, who have a sense that something needs to change, but aren't sure where to begin.
My coaching style is thoughtful, non-judgemental, and deeply collaborative. I offer a safe, supportive space in which you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you, while also moving towards practical, sustainable change at a pace that suits you.
Alongside my coaching training, I bring a background in medicine, line management, recruitment and holistic wellbeing. I also bring lived experience of neurodiversity, which leads me to work with care, flexibility and respect for different ways of thinking, processing, and moving through the world. I don’t offer advice or quick fixes; instead, I support you to build understanding, confidence and authenticity that continues beyond our sessions.
I also offer structured, short-term coaching for neurodivergent professionals accessing support through Access to Work.
How I Work
My approach is client-centred and reflective, grounded in deep listening. My coaching is also trauma-informed and polyvagal-informed, with an awareness of how stress, overwhelm and nervous system responses can affect the way we think, feel and respond.
We'll explore what’s happening beneath the surface of the issues you face, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and move forward in a way that feels manageable, inspiring, realistic, sustainable and true to you.
