What's different about my approach?

As well as being a credentialed Master Executive Coach I am recognised as One of Edinburgh’s Top 10 Coaches. I also use 3 different somatic processes in which I am trained and qualified (Focusing, NARM, Neuro Affective Relational Model, Circling Practices)

It is rare for coaches to be trained in even one of these somatic methods

To be trained in all 3 is rarer still

My professional background is in Science, Corporate IT, Leadership Development, and DEI

I hope to make my work accessible to everyone. At the same time, I want you to recognise the value that you will get from this experience and to pay for it according to your budget. I have 3 pricing tiers for you to choose from. I invite people who feel more financially comfortable to support those who would appreciate a lower price by paying the 'Supporter tier'. There is also a 'Standard tier'. My aim is to create a system that works towards more equality, mutual trust and abundance.

Please read carefully the details of the 3 Tiers described below and thank you for choosing the tier that applies to you with integrity.

Supporter Tier: £360. Please pay this rate if you feel able to and wish to support others in less financial ease. (This would mean that you can do things like go to the cinema, have a meal out and buy new clothes when you feel like it. You also may own your own home, or have a higher end rental property.

Standard Tier: £200. This tier is for anyone who can meet basic needs without struggle but sometimes has to think carefully about non-essentials.

Supported Tier: £120. This tier is for people who may appreciate being supported by a lower rate. Please pay this rate if meeting basic needs, such as food and housing, is a challenge.

There is a big range I am offering and there is also a big range of incomes in the world
