About me
As a dual-trained coach/psychodynamic counsellor (individuals and couples) I offer a therapeutic coaching style which will facilitate your personal and professional growth.
I will support you to explore personal and/or professional areas of your life and/or relationships which are concerning you.
We will work together using evidence-based coaching tools to facilitate the changes and improvements you would like to see.
Generally, we will meet every 3 to 4 weeks for a period of 6-9 months and will review this throughout.
If you would like to work with me please use the contact form and then we can arrange a free introductory call.
