About me

Sometimes life becomes tangled.

You might feel stuck in a career that no longer fits, overwhelmed by competing priorities, questioning what's next, or struggling to make sense of a recent change. Perhaps you've received an ADHD or autism diagnosis and are trying to understand what that means for you. Maybe you're carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations while losing sight of your own.

From the outside, everything might look fine. Inside, your thoughts are going round in circles. You don't need someone to tell you what to do. You need the space to think clearly, explore what really matters, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

That's where coaching can help.

Together, we'll untangle the knots that are keeping you stuck. Through thoughtful conversation, practical reflection and compassionate challenge, you'll begin to make sense of what's happening, reconnect with your strengths and build manageable steps towards the life you want.

Whether you're navigating career decisions, building confidence, managing change, improving wellbeing or creating habits that actually last, our work is shaped around your goals, not a one-size-fits-all programme.

My coaching is particularly well suited to people who:

  • Feel stuck but aren't sure why.
  • Are facing a career crossroads or considering a new direction.
  • Want to build confidence and trust themselves again.
  • Feel overwhelmed by competing demands.
  • Want to create sustainable habits without chasing perfection.
  • Are navigating life with ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodivergence and want an approach that works with their brain, not against it.
  • Simply need a space where they can think out loud without judgement.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you start. You just need a willingness to be curious about what's possible.

If you're ready to stop pulling harder on the knot and start gently untangling it, I'd love to help you find your next step.

Client Feedback:

"I've been braver with my life since we started working together."

'When we started our sessions, I was worried about what work was going to look like for me, and I wasn’t sure I could do it. Now I’ve made progress, and I have a plan for how to keep things going. For the first time, I feel like I can do it!’

'Just after this first session, I already feel I know myself better.'

‘I’ve really appreciated our coaching sessions. They felt calm, supportive, and very human, and I always left with a little more clarity than when I arrived. You have a gentle way of asking the right questions and creating space to think things through without pressure.'

'What I found most helpful was how safe the space felt. I never felt rushed or judged, but I also felt encouraged to be honest with myself and to take steps forward, even when things felt uncertain. The balance you bring between care and challenge helped me build confidence and momentum at the same time.'

'I again very much enjoyed Thursday's meeting. Your wise reflections and feedback are changing how I feel about myself and how I consider my opportunities. I can feel personal growth happening'
