Hello and welcome to Psynergy Consulting.
My name is Claire Lish, and I am a business psychologist and coach with over 20 years’ experience supporting people and organisations to grow, develop and thrive. I work with a broad range of clients – from senior leaders and HR professionals, to entrepreneurs and individuals seeking clarity or direction. My focus areas include executive coaching, career development, confidence, wellbeing and leadership.
My approach is warm, pragmatic and outcomes-focused. With a background as a senior HR leader and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, I understand the complexities of modern work and leadership. I bring a supportive yet challenging style to coaching – helping you to explore your goals, unlock your strengths, and take purposeful steps forward. Training, qualifications & experience
I am an Associate Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), working in alignment with EMCC's ethical framework and professional standards.
I am also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Association for Business Psychology, and hold an MSc in Occupational Psychology, alongside additional qualifications in teaching and coaching practice. My background includes more than 20 years in senior people leadership roles, working across complex, multi-site organisations undergoing rapid growth, transformation and cultural change. I have designed and delivered leadership development strategies, supported executives through transition, and acted as a mentor to HR professionals at all levels.
This breadth of experience enables me to bring a pragmatic and business-aware coaching style – rooted in evidence-based practice, but always focused on what works for you in your unique context.
