About Me

For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to helping individuals discover confidence in their self-expression through what they wear as a stylist and designer working in the fashion, film & tv industry. However, I firmly believe that true self-confidence goes beyond the external. Through my NLP training I offer you internal empowerment, genuinely caring about helping individuals to harness their full potential.

Having immersed myself in the creative industries for many years now, I approach coaching with a very open mind and recognise no limits to personal growth.

While having a deep understanding of the unique challenges and aspirations of those in the creative field, I welcome everyone into my practice. 

My coaching style blends creativity, practicality and spirituality which is guided by a deep sense of intuition. We are all constantly growing and evolving and I am passionate to help you navigate around any potential blocks giving you the tools for a truly enriching life.

I provide a warm, welcoming and calming virtual space that encourages comfort and openness. It's a sanctuary designed for you to express yourself freely and explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment for you to embark on your journey of self-discovery.

Sessions are £85 per session, I offer a package of 5 x 1:1 sessions for £425.

You will embark on a unique and personal journey of transformation. A meaningful experience that will be tailored to your needs, we will explore pathways finding balance to reach that natural flow. This is not just a coaching journey but a collaborative experience to unlock your full potential.

• Our initial session will map out your goal and objectives
