About me
I am a Conscious Coach, facilitator and creative practitioner offering a supportive and reflective space for people navigating change, relationship challenges, uncertainty, personal growth, or periods of reinvention.
My approach combines conscious coaching, deep listening, embodiment, communication practices and reflective inquiry to help clients reconnect with clarity, confidence and a stronger sense of alignment in their lives and work. I work with people from many different backgrounds and professions, including creatives, entrepreneurs, professionals in leadership roles, migrants, carers, and individuals navigating personal or professional transitions.
Originally from Chile and now based in Bristol, I have lived and worked across different countries and cultures for many years. Alongside my coaching work, I bring over 20 years of experience in communication skills, and the creative industries, supporting people through complex processes of change, expression and transformation.
Sessions are available in both English and Spanish, online or in person.
I particularly support people experiencing:
- burnout or overwhelm
- life and career changes
- creative or emotional blocks
- lack of direction or confidence
- migration and adaptation challenges
- divorce, separation and navigating new family dynamics
- stress, self-doubt or feeling stuck
- questions around purpose, balance and wellbeing
My coaching style is warm, grounded and human-centred, offering a space where clients can slow down, reflect, gain perspective and move forward with greater awareness and intention.

Additional information
I aim to keep my coaching practice as accessible and inclusive as possible. Alongside my standard fees, I offer reduced-rate sessions and sliding scale options for people on lower incomes, depending on individual circumstances and availability.
I believe support and personal development should not be available only to those with financial privilege, and I’m happy to discuss together what feels manageable and fair.
