About me

My journey into coaching began at a time when I had taken a few knocks, both personally and professionally. I investigated therapy, which I found cathartic, but ultimately not what I really needed. I value achievement and so needed something focused on the future, a goal to aim for and an understanding of how to get there. I didn’t just want to understand where I had come from; I needed to work out where I wanted to go next, and how I could move forwards.

That experience led me to become a qualified and accredited coach, driven by a desire to offer others the kind of support I had wish I’d had myself throughout my adult life.

At the heart of my approach is a simple belief: success means little if it comes at the expense of fulfilment, purpose or authenticity. I’ve always been fascinated by people, by what drives them, what holds them back and what ultimately helps them flourish.

Throughout my career in education and in building my own businesses, I found myself drawn to the conversations that went beyond performance and outcomes. Whether leading in the workplace, developing teams or creating something from the ground up, the most meaningful moments were always the ones where people began to see themselves more clearly and think differently about what was possible.

That curiosity eventually led me to coaching, where those kinds of conversations are at the centre of everything I do.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an ICF ACC-credentialed executive coach, trained through Barefoot Coaching on their ICF - accredited Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching.

After a decade of leadership in education, I have built a reputation in the coaching world for developing people through calm presence, honest reflection and trusted relationships. I have also built and run my own businesses, which gives me first-hand insight into the pressure, complexity and expectation that often sit behind outward success.

Further information

The first step is a short introductory conversation. This is a confidential space to talk openly about what feels unclear, what is shifting, and what you might want from the next stage of your life or career. It is also an opportunity to see whether working together feels like the right fit.

If we decide to continue, we agree a coaching approach that suits your situation and level of support. From there, we begin a structured but flexible process designed to create clarity, rebuild confidence where it has been shaken, and help you move forward with more intention and alignment than before.
