Master NLP Practitioner. EFT (Adv) Practitioner. 3PS

About me

I offer compassionate coaching for recovery, relationships, and resilience, working with adults, families, and children & young people.

I bring the benefits from advanced training, and a long and varied experience of using and blending various cutting edge approaches, which include -

*NLP: Neurolinguistic programming.
Principles, attitudes, techniques arising from the study of the structure of subjective experience.

*EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques.
Commonly known as 'Tapping'. A self help technique which is highly effective for reducing the symptoms stress, based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.

I only use what I've personally tested and know to be both ethical and effective.

In private practice since 2003; working in Inner City London, the Midlands, and online with clients from as far away as Italy, South Africa, Japan, and Australia.
I'm now happily based in East Devon where I enjoy seeing clients, in person at Holmedale Health, Exeter.

"He is a gentle giant, an extraordinarily peaceful and humorous man with whom I felt completely safe to express my thoughts and confusions. Through his help I made substantial shifts in my mindset which meant that the difficult decisions I had to make were suddenly not difficult at all. I would recommend him to anyone who finds they are stuck and struggling to achieve the goals they set themselves.”
K.P.    Creative/Business Strategist

With a long held passion for 'helping the helper' my clients are often parent(s), carers, managers, and those  working in the charity, health, social service/family support, education, and criminal justice sectors.

I've extensive experience supporting families - working both with individual members and when appropriate, all family members together.

Prior to coaching, I enjoyed 23 years service as a police officer; and have always been curious about what works best in personal development, growth, and recovery.

Thank you for your interest. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
