About me
I provide a safe environment for you to share your thoughts and aspirations so that we can work together to boost your confidence to help you achieve your ambitions and goals. Behind me is a full career in the UK military and over 15 years working in Healthcare in senior posts both in the UK and the Middle East. I've experienced life, the good and the bad and got through it, and now I want to share what I've learnt to those that want to achieve and excel! My individualised approach with 100% focus on you will help you shift to where you want to be.
I love working with those that have lost their way (personally and professionally), need a confidence boost, or are finding it difficult to allow themselves to progress. I am excited by seeing improvements in people and by helping individuals and teams achieve their goals. I'd never had a coach up until a few years ago but now I know what I know I wish I had engaged one long before I did! Look forward to chatting to you.

Training, qualifications & experience
Professionally I'm a Member of the Association for Coaching, gained a CMI Level 7 Award in Coaching and Mentoring, a Certificate in Personal Coaching and a Diploma in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
I've been a coach and mentor in one guise or another for over 20 years and I really want you to benefit from my experiences.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
