About me
I’m an executive and neurodivergent coach, and a late-diagnosed AuDHDer.
Much of my work centres around late-diagnosed ADHD, autism and AuDHD, particularly where burnout, masking and chronic overextension have become part of daily life.
If you’ve spent years holding it all together on the outside, whilst quietly running yourself into the ground underneath… you are not alone.
Many of the women I work with are used to coping. High functioning. Capable. Reliable.
And completely exhausted.
Often, there’s a pattern that runs through it all.
Misunderstood.
Missed.
Misread.
Misdiagnosed.
Mismatch after mismatch between who you are and what’s been expected of you.
Missed opportunities.
Misfired attempts to “get it right”.
A constant sense that you’re almost there… but not quite landing.
So you adapt. You overextend. You try harder. You become who you need to be.
Until something gives.
Maybe it’s burnout. Again.
Maybe it’s perimenopause tipping everything over.
Maybe it’s a diagnosis, and with it, relief… and grief.
Grief for what was missed.
For how long things were misunderstood.
For the versions of you that were trying so hard without the right support.
And alongside that, a long-buried but certain knowing: you can’t keep living like this.
You’re You’re exhausted. You’re spent. You don’t know which way is up, or where to start.
That’s where we begin.
My role is to help you feel understood, to gently untangle what’s been holding everything in place, and to support you in finding a way of living and working that works for you.
It’s not selfish to want more for yourself. Or to prioritise yourself.
A way that feels more honest. More sustainable. And, when you’re ready… more like living out loud.

Further information
You don’t need a clear goal, a diagnosis, or the right words to start.
You might just know that something has to change, but you don’t have the energy to keep pushing through in the same way.
You may be used to holding everything together. Being the reliable one. The capable one.
The one others turn to.
But underneath that… things feel stretched, heavy, or quietly unravelling.
In our work together, there’s space to slow things down.
- To be heard, properly.
- To make sense of what’s been happening, without judgement or blame.
- To begin noticing where things have been a mismatch, rather than a personal failing.
We might explore:
- Your energy, and why it feels so easily depleted
- Patterns like people-pleasing, overextending, or perfectionism
- What burnout has taken, and what needs rebuilding
- How to create boundaries that actually hold
- What a more sustainable way of living and working could look like for you
There’s no pressure to have it all figured out.
This is about finding your way back to yourself, at a pace that feels manageable, and building from there.
You don’t have to keep doing life the hard way.
Sessions and environment
Sessions can take place online, in my calm home coaching space, or outdoors in the garden if that feels more supportive for you.
Inside, there are different seating options depending on what feels most comfortable. I also have blankets and a fan, water and tissues, visual and sensory supports, and tactile objects to occupy restless hands.
I share my home with cats, and clients are welcome to choose whether they would like them nearby during sessions or not.
To support privacy and comfort, I only hold online and face-to-face sessions when I am the sole person in the house. Private driveway parking is also available.
Some people also find outdoor sessions grounding or creatively stimulating, particularly when working through overwhelm, stuckness or practical challenges.
Most importantly, there is no expectation to arrive polished or holding everything together. You are welcome exactly as you are.
